Chocolate mousse/ice cream with chia pudding THAT TASTE LIKE A DREAM🌈😍Vegan dessert recipe!

Oh just wanted to share an other weekend treat with you this Saturday, because weekends are for sweets right?😄

My baby-boy got sick with a bad fever today and the only thing I could do was to carry him around at home and cuddle with him to help him with his pain. He was crying a lot from his fever and gosh, that hurts a lot, seeing my child experiencing illness. But luckily he got his sleep so hopefully he will get better tomorrow. A mama's life can be very hard sometimes, it's like letting someone play soccer with your heart. Can you relate?💕

To brighten up my mind I am dreaming about my next chocolate creating and wishing I had this chocolate mousse in my jar right now to get even more inspired!😉

A sweet chocolate mousse with a orange-chia pudding.

RECIPE:

for 2-4 small jars:

INGREDIENTS:

• 440 g coconut milk with the cream
• 50 g dark vegan chocolate (choose your favourite chocolate!)
• 1 tbsp cacao powder (unsweetened)
• 70 g virgin coconut oil
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp coconut syrup
• 2 tbsp coconut butter
• Zest from 2 organic oranges
• 2 tbsp orange juice

Directions:

1. Melt the chocolate, coconut oil and coconut butter in a water bath.
2. Blend it together with all the other ingredients for some minutes until very smooth. The smoother the better.
3. Freeze for 1 hour if you like mousse or 3 hours for ice cream.😋

Chia Pudding:

For the chia-orange pudding simply blend 1 cup oat milk, 1/4 cup chia, pinch vanilla, splash orange juice, maple syrup to taste together.😛Layer with the chocolate mousse.
