Here is our grocery haul from Winn-Dixie, our local store where we find the most deals.
Before the torrential downpour
About to pay
Everything at home, after the torrential downpour. Here is how we spent $53.
We had coupons for the Wasa crackers, $1.25 off 2 which were 2.70 each and a coupon for Ben and Jerry's (they have a dairy free line) for 3 for $10.
The pasta was BOGO @ $1.69, the Triscuits were 2/$5, the bananas were $0.62/lb., cucumber was $0.80, cherries were $2.49/lb, the Francia wine was $10.99 for 3 liters (my deceased grandpa's favorite) we got Sangria but I think he always got Chardonnay. Here's the rest, I'll just show you all the receipt.
Got home and poured a glass of Sangria, my wife suggested that we use our wedding glasses.
Total number of items sold were 19, $53/19= $2.79 per item which includes the $11 wine. Not bad, would've been much less without it.
