Winners of the #veganbakingcompetition

Hello my darlings :)

I know you have been waiting for the winners of the #veganbakingcompetition. I didn't have any time this weekend to announce them so they come now today instead :) It was such a pleasure to see all the contributions and it's so hard to choose a winner since all of them are real winners in their own way.

The first Place🥇

Goes to @smallstepschange with this amazing stuffed peppers with tomato sauce.

@Smallstepschange is a really inspirational person and comes up with amazing recipes. I love baked peppers and these reminded me of the one I used to make. His recipe is easy to follow and sounds delicious.

The second place🥈

Goes to @vegan.niinja with this stunning vanilla-chocolate cream cake.

This cake looks like it would be gone in seconds in my home and with easy step by steps to follow Niina really outdid herself with this cake. Look at those layers. It looks so scrumptious and delicious I almost want to lick the screen.

The third place🥉

Goes to @plantstoplanks with her amazing black bean burgers. I love vegan burgers and it's always my go-to option whenever I'm eating out.

This recipe had me the moment I saw it. Since vegan burgers are a little bit of my addiction whenever I eat out I just new that I had to try it. If you want to try the recipe yourself you can find it here

@jasmink made amazing sweet vanilla rolls that reminded me of my childhood. My mother always made vanilla and cinnamon buns that I loved to eat while they were still smoking hot.
