Ingredients:
• Sandwinch bread.
• Protein of 200 grams of white beans with 100 grams of cooked rice.
• 1 tomato.
• 200 grams of fresh lettuce.
• 1 small grated carrot.
• Melted yellow cheese.
• Salt to taste.
Elaboration:
Wash all vegetables, cut them and place in a bowl where your dressing will be salted.
To make the protection: Place in a cup the 200 grams of cooked beans and the 100 grams of rice for the whole mixture.

Once kneaded he integrated all the ingredients for 10 minutes to turn and return place on the protection of the cheese so that it melts. Serve and prepare your sandwinch.
