Do you want to be a typical middle aged person with tons of cholesterol, heart and blood problems and a general bad health? Well me neither. That is why about a year ago I decided to do the right thing and follow a proper healthy diet like veganism.
Although veganism is the most beneficial and healthy diet available, people do not know about it or refuse to know about it, because they lack the education to understand it or they will close their ears and eyes and scream like a 3 year old kid who is refusing to listen to their parents...
Health benefits of veganism
Our body can produce it's own cholesterol, therefore shoving more cholesterol into our bodies is very unhealthy and can lead to the hardening of our arteries which in time can make our hearts malfunction and we can die.
A proper vegan diet has literally 0 cholesterol. Also if you suffer from high cholesterol and heart problems, it is proven that veganism can reduce these problems to a healthy level.
Veganism also has the highest amounts of antioxidants and antinflammatory foods by far. It is very simple to understand that, as every high antioxidant food tends to be some fruit or herb and every strong antinflammatory food either is a spice or a herb.
A vegan diet for most people on this planet tends to be more biovailable as a result of not only an overwhelming percentage on this planet being dairy intolerant, but also because saturated fat and cholesterol which are mainly found in the omnivore and carnivore diets, are nutrients which the body does not need and rejects.
The most important and high quality nutrients happen to also be contained in the vegan diet, in a way which makes veganism also the most complete diet in the world, while the supplementation needed is minimalto nonexistent .
What gives?
So why is the diet so underated? Well we live in a world where even doctors for the sake of their bucks would never admit that you need to change your diet, so that you can still be unhealthy and therefore their patient. We also live in a world where companies that have profited a lot from selling meat or dairy products just don't want to lose their profits and will even fund fake pro meat and dairy campaigns, so that you can remain loyal to unhealthy carnivore/omnivore diets.
Finally, since most people choose to be willingfully ignorant, they simply will not do their own research and educate themselves. Educating yourself is a slow process and if veganism will rise and stand a good chance, than that will require time and a lot of patience for the world to do the right thing.
