Finding vegan pizza where we live is difficult. And with pizza being my #1 favorite this was quite an issue.
Over time we've have mastered making the perfect vegan pizza at home. From the base, to the authentic italian sauce and even the cheese! All plants, all delicious! 🌱🍕
Here's the guide:
I also like to use margarine, nutritional yeast, chopped onion, salt, mustard and curry to make some vegan cheese myself. Sometimes, however, I just leave out the cheese.
I like my vegan pizzas extra garlicy. :D

Its super easy. all you need is a pan. Melt down the margarine, fry the minced onions in the margarine and add lots of nutritional yeast. Then add a little bit salt, some mustard and a little bit of curry to round it off. :)

We love cashew cheese too, especially how versatile it is - you can flavor it how you want and put it on basically anything 😆 also to make this pizza even easier to make, we recommend making a extra tomato sauce and bases and freezing them for those days when you don’t want to make it all from scratch!

Ah yes, sometimes you just don't want to bother and have it ready NOW 😆 I always try and have some pizza dough in the freezer ... comes in pretty handy on those kinda days ^^
