๐Ÿ“๐ŸŒStrawberry & Banana Smoothie Bowl! ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ

Hey guys, today I'm sharing with you a really delicious fruity smoothie bowl!

It's only my second time making one of these, next time I'll use more strawberries to give it a brighter colour, but the flavour was really great and it's super healthy and nutritious ๐Ÿ˜‹

What you'll need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • A few strawberries
  • 1/2 cup for almond milk
  • A drizzle of agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup of organic muesli

To garnish use whatever you like! I used:

  • Some chopped strawberry
  • A few slices of dried banana
  • Some dates
  • Some muesli
  • Chia seeds
  • Mixed seeds

Method:

  • Wash and chop all of the fruit.

  • Add to your blended with the almond milk and blend well.

  • Put the muesli in a bowl and add a drizzle of agave syrup.

  • Pour the smoothie over the muesli.

  • Add the garnish on top.

That's it!

Smoothie bowls are a great idea for breakfast, adding a nice fruity twist to your usual bowl of muesli.

They're really nutritious and a great way to start the day!

looks great. We typically do overnight oats, except for gym days, then its smoothmeee all the way.

I do indeed, I use a Bulk powders Vegan blend. Now that's not blended up vegans or anything like that, LOL. At the risk of being spammy here is a link to my post workout smoothmeee.

This sounds like a delicious and healthy breakfast, I will try this out when there are strawberries around :D
One little thing to add, I don't think the agave syrup is necessary, especially with banana, pear and dates it will be sweet enough without it (:
