About Vegetable Manchurian Recipe: It is made with fresh vegetables and has a light gravy. You can serve it with Fried Rice or Hakka Noodles.
Ingredients of Vegetable Manchurian.👉
Ingredients: 500 gms Mix Vegetable (finely chopped or grated) 2 Eggs (lightly beaten) 1 cup All purpose flour 1 tsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Ginger paste Water 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Garlic, chopped 1 cup Onion, chopped 1 large Capsicum Sauce For: 3 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp vinegar salt 2 tsp soy sauce1 cup tomato puree 2 tbsp celery, cut into pieces 1 tsp ajinomoto (optional) 2 cups water
How to make Vegetable Manchurian.👉1. Make a thick batter by mixing water in egg, maida, garlic and ginger paste with vegetables. Keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes. 2. Heat the oil and make balls from the batter and fry them till they become golden brown. Remove them from the oil and take them out on absorbent paper.3.Heat 2 tbsp oil and stir fry the garlic and onion in it on high flame.4.Add capsicum to it and cook for some time.5.Add the sauce mixture to it and cook it on low flame till the sauce becomes thick and translucent.6.Add fried balls to it, stir a little and serve hot.
