もやしは、栄養がたくさん入っておりお値段についても激安なので結構食べている方が多いと思うのですが実はもやしは昔貴族の食べ物だったらしいのです。これは、面白いと思いますしもやしは豆から作るのですがブラックマッペや大豆や緑豆など種類もたくさんあるため面白いですね。私ももやしは、好きなので結構食べるのですがもやしはやっぱり単価なども小さいため生産者が減ってきたり水をたくさん使うため環境問題にもなっていますがきっと改善されていくでしょう。
