Just a week after we made this video we had a major wind storm. The plants took quite a beating and actually there were many plants with broken leaves. I am hoping that there is no permanent damage and they appear to be recovering. So here is the update and we will have many more to follow right up until harvest and cure to the final product and then we'll do some recipes with the garlic we grew and compare taste of the four different varieties.
