Green Wheels

I have no idea what this is called, so to me it is green wheels. Well, the green color was really eyes catching, and at first I thought it was a tractor. However, now that I uploaded onto the computer, it doesn't look like one.

This vehicle has to be used for something...Maybe one of the big boy's toys :-)
