Recently the project has been quite inactive for reasons that as you know are beyond our control. We have always wanted to help as many people as possible but it is very difficult to do so when the same country has difficulties that cross the economic, social, political, communication and now even medical with the arrival of uncertain cases of coronavirus that the government prefers to silence.
It is also worth remembering that this project experienced a difficult situation during the great national blackout that caused a lot of havoc in the nation and left us far from the world.
Recently, several studies have shown concern about this situation that may be extended very soon.
In Venezuela it is difficult to believe the news that comes from the same government guild, almost always a "no" means "yes" and a "yes" means "no" which makes them lose their credibility. One of these aspects is the energy issue.
Although Venezuela has carried out various repair operations on the electrical system of the main "Guri" dam, these repairs do not completely cover the damage that keeps more than half of its turbines shut down.
Thus, a non-governmental group warned last Thursday about the possibility of another national blackout due to the period of drought that has just begun in the nation.
"It is to be considered that Venezuela, unlike other countries, has four seasons, but these are observed as a completely hot and hot climate (drought), or a season of cold and constant rain. Which is reflected as if we only had two seasons."
In 2019 alone, national failures could exceed 87,000, and that number is growing every year.
Venezuela only in 2019 had at least 6 known blackouts which the president catalogued as "sabotage" but later the state of the main energy plants of the nation and their deterioration due to lack of investment became known.
"The dry cycle is coming and the problem is going to get worse," said Aixa López, who is the president of the Committee of People Affected by Blackouts, created in 2010 and which has representation in all 23 states of the country.
The country's main hydroelectric plant, El Guri, generates an average of 5,600 mv despite having a capacity of 14,000, while thermoelectric plants are barely operational, she explained.
It is a fact that blackouts will continue to occur in the country and this has been observed in recent news, especially in the insular area of the country where temperatures have reached above average levels and caused short circuits in the power lines.
Also families in less populated areas such as the Andean region of Tachira state have suffered from these blackouts, where they can exceed 8 hours without the service incapacitating the population to perform their daily tasks.
As a project, this is an issue that worries us a lot and it is necessary to remind them of the importance for us to continue developing our work.
Working in this situation has been difficult and we only hope that we can continue to count on all of you in the face of a future energy crisis.
As a project we want to continue working for the Venezuelan people and we have decided to continue the good work even against the adversities, price of the crypto currencies, country/economic situation and other problems that have stagnated the development of the project.
We thank you again for all your support and we hope to be able to count on you in this new opportunity.
If you want to help us disseminate the project we invite you to use the following markdown at the end of your publications, with your help we will be making more and more people know about the project. Thank you very much. They will add a image + link to our mision as project!
