Ingredientes
1 lata leche condensada (397g)
2 medidas pulpa de guanábana sin semilla
La medida de la pulpa es la lata de leche condensada
100 gramos mantequilla pomada
2 yemas de huevo
1 y 1/2 paquete de galletas maría
1 taza leche líquida
1 cucharada vainilla
1/2 taza azúcar
Lluvia de chocolate para decorar..!!
Pasos para la elaboracion..
1_Poner en la licuadora las yemas, la mantequilla, la vainilla, la leche condensada, la pulpa de guanábana, media taza de leche y la media taza de azúcar.
2_La media taza de leche líquida ponerla a enfriar en el congelador mientras licúas los otros ingredientes.
3_Armado: en un molde coloca una capa de la mezcla licuada en el fondo y luego una capa de galletas ligeramente remojada en la media taza de leche fría. Luego otra capa de crema y otra de galletas remojadas.
4_Repetir este paso hasta completar. Por último debe ir una capa de crema y luego una lluvia de chocolate.
5_Dejar enfriar hasta el día siguiente. Porciona y disfruta. Fácil de hacer anímate.
