    no, The salary for the 80% of the population is around 60.000 Bsf which is = 60$ a month.

    The basic Basket is around 15-20 of that and a decent PC is 400.000 Bsf.

    i guess it seems like a dumb question but i read a book about smart phones being a higher priority than housing/food/water or at least equal in Iraq after the US invasion. Would you say Venezuela is not similar (not invasion but economic crisis)?
