Cinco países se plantean pedir a la Corte Penal Internacional abrir investigación a Venezuela

 Los cancilleres de Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay y Perú pedirán el próximo martes a la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI) que inicie una investigación preliminar sobre crímenes de lesa humanidad en Venezuela, desveló a Efe el vicecanciller peruano, Hugo de Zela.
