The present publication, aims to be objective, guiding, without fanaticisms, beliefs or taboos and focused on historical facts, logical analysis and structured philosophical ideas; to fix the context and the appropriate relations between the words and a part of the updated reality in Venezuela and in Steemit, in the literal or metaphorically expressed terms.

Concepts, Culture and History

A Concilium (from the Latin Concilium), in its broadest sense, is a meeting or assembly of high authorities of an entity, company or organization, to discuss and decide on transcendental topics.

For example, the religious authorities of the Catholic Church carry out "Councils" to discuss and "solve" complex internal and operational issues: utopia, faith, discipline, organization, theology, dogmas, pragmatisms, regulations, norms, doctrines, paradigms and liturgies , among others.

In fact, the History reflects that in the year 325, the First Council of Nicea was celebrated (original name of the city of Nicea -Iznick- in Turkey, in which the aforementioned meeting was held). This council called Catholic/Christian bishops led by the Roman Emperor Constantine I, to be defined as the first ecumenical, Catholic and Protestant council.

The main items discussed and decided were the points and the homogenization of all the heterogeneous and discordant questions related to Jesus of Nazareth, as the Son of God and his intimate relationship with God the Father; in addition, the establishment of uniformity for the date of Easter, together with the promulgation of canon law, the decree of "religious peace" and the unity of the Christian Church, among many other points discussed and decided in plenary and by consensus.

It Is Not Enough To Just Pray, Many Things Are Missing To Reach Equity And Win + Win

Once the scenario of this publication has been "conceptualized", I remember a famous song made by the Venezuelan Ali Primera, entitled "It is not enough to pray"; and a verse of it reverberates in my brain: "In the world there will be no peace as long as there is exploitation, from man to man and there is inequality..." And immediately I add: there will be no Equity as long as there are injustices, hunger, misery, ignorance, fanaticism, vices, fools, petty, selfish, envious, wicked, mobsters, frauds, swindlers, subjugations, slavery and fighting, among many other evils of humanity.

That is to say, I believe that as long as Equity is not reached in all areas of the Society, there will be no Peace, no true Love, no loyalty to the leadership for the "Progress of the People", or anything really Human or Humanist (clearly observed so much in Venezuela as in Steemit). In fact, the evil is shown enthroned in human hypocrisy, full of appearances and self-deception, which is very well exemplified by Ali Primera when he recites: "and they pray in good faith, and pray from the heart, but the pilot also prays, when he gets on the plane to go bombing, the children in Vietnam.

I clarify, to avoid the misinterpretations of those who are offended and attack, in front of any misinterpreted phrase or taken out of context: I do agree with Meditating and Praying from the heart and in good faith; but, to "Talk to God" must be done without trying to deceive ourselves or God; because I believe that all this must be done with a honest attitude; naturally, without contradictions of any kind in thought, word, action, omission or feeling.

Therefore, we must always align ourselves with the Truth complemented with Equity, fidelity, decency and optimism with intelligence, education, efficiency, humility and human quality; Of course, without humiliating, nor offending dignity and obviously without the "ignorant and marginal ranch" in mind, among other aspects.

Specifically, for the community or platform Steemit, for a country like Venezuela and in general, to have a better world, the preaching and practices of peace, friendship, love, faith, justice, education, happiness, progress, equality, are necessary. tolerance, honesty and respect, among others; as first steps to achieve the desired Equity.

On the other hand, I remember another song by Ali Primera (I think it's called "Forgive me, Uncle Juan"); I transcribe and paraphrase several sentences: "And they only leave us, misery and sweat of" slaves ... "The emaciated little children who live there in" almost all of Venezuela and in other parts of the world, "more than living agonize entertaining their dreams..." That said, I let out tears of helplessness for the drama that children are currently living , youth, adults and the humble elderly of Venezuela and the world; where millions die each year from hunger, diseases, vices, wars, conflicts, violence and crime.

Therefore, I must clarify that "It is not enough to just pray, many things are missing to achieve equity..." Because both here in Steemit, and in Venezuela and I believe that in almost any society in the world is evident the lack of Equity.

However, we still have hope because there are many "Dreamers", honest, intelligent, educated, critical, sincere, rebellious, irreverent and committed to God and social justice, to support, propose and activate the necessary changes in the socio-economic, political fields , democratic, cultural and intellectual; In addition, the Alliance between the "Dreamers" can be achieved, in order to achieve the changes leading towards the greatest possible Equity in our towns and all for the welfare, peace, happiness and successful progress of all citizens.

Proposal for "Council" and "Accord" to Improve Steemit, Venezuela and the World to Win + Win

As a previous point, I believe it is necessary to recognize "All: They and Us" (Rich and Poor or Government and People), as decent and necessary and even essential people, for our harmonious life in society and community.

In the case of Steemit, it is important to understand that without Us the Users, the Investors will not earn anything and Steemit will fall into oblivion and disappear in time, causing losses to Them; while, without them the Investors, there will be no money to pay "rewards" and therefore, none of us will gain absolutely nothing and equally that will lead to the inevitable extinction of Steemit.

On the other hand, in Venezuela, Officials and Opponents, Government and People, we must understand that we need each other for Venezuela, to help and collaborate together with the sole purpose of promoting the country's progress. The Country can not advance Never, while there are strong disputes between both sides, wanting to "erase from the map" one another, with visceral hatred.

In both cases, it must also be recognized that there are common enemies, against whom we must fight; because they take advantage of our disputes and divisions, in the first case to destroy Steemit and its cryptocurrency and in the second case to destroy Venezuela, ruin it, humiliate the Venezuelans, leave us in misery and take away our natural resources.

In fact, that common enemy is easily labeled as: corrupt, thieves, drug traffickers, unjust, starving, ignorant, fanatical, vicious, foolish, petty, selfish, envious, iniquitous, mobsters, frauds, swindlers, pedophiles and enslavers, among many other demons of humanity.

Given the previously detailed, it seems pertinent to consider the possibility of realizing a "Council" in each proposed living scheme and achieve the relevant "Agreements"; perhaps at the beginning it will be with utopian proposals, both in Steemit, in Venezuela and in all the Nations of the World where the Council is held; but, the important thing will be the results of Consensus, in order to achieve the well-deserved and desired Equity between "They and Us" (Millionaires and Poors, Officials and Opponents, People and Government).

That is, the topics to be discussed may be many (in the Council, with the help of one or several impartial mediators, each without specific weights or hierarchies, will bring their proposals, which will be discussed and evaluated to decide by Accord or in majority plenary, on its relevance, usefulness and applicability in function of the good of Steemit or of Venezuela); but, as an essential condition of favorable results, the uniformity of criteria and strict respect and compliance with the rules and decisions reached by Consensus are required, both for Them and for Us; as well as define, "homogenize" and regulate the arguments, treatments and actions even if they are currently conflicting.

To conclude, I consider that the uniformity of criteria must be established for the necessary "Laws", the required "Courts of Judgment" and the just and just penalties that may be imposed for the offenders, duly complied with according to the seriousness of the faults among many other items that could be treated and decided in said "Councils" for Equity, especially where we all can win and feel very well, depending on our good actions.
