Hola comunidad de steemit, me gustaría compartir algunos puntos esenciales del porque una persona podría crear una conducta delictiva.

Primeramente se debe conocer que uno de los principales causas del desarrollo de la conducta delictiva es el maltrato infantil, abuso escolar, dinamismo familiar que el mismo posee, pues el sujeto pudiendo presenciar esto podría otorgarle al individuo el trastorno disocial de la personalidad. Cada uno de estos factores puede otorgar una conducta disruptiva para sociedad y puede llegar a manifestar a edad precoz diferentes trastornos sexuales.

La infancia es una etapa importante en el desarrollo evolutivo ya que por vivencias experimentadas en esta etapa se desarrolla la personalidad del ser humano, dependiendo de cómo fue tratada una persona en la infancia está se desenvolverá a medida que va creciendo, sin embargo, cuando la misma llega a ser maltratada se podrían crear tanto patologías delictivas como trastornos de la personalidad.

Primeramente el individuo es una persona que está sujeta a la adaptación, cuando nos referimos a psicosocial se estaría hablando acerca de la conducta del individuo referente a su entorno, es decir, como este se pueda a llegar a relacionar con las demás personas, ya sea su comunidad, familia, etc.

Ya teniendo presente que psicosocial expresa que el ser humano basa su comportamiento en el entorno, los factores psicosociales se dirigen a como el entorno podría afectar al individuo ya sea de forma positiva o negativa. La sociedad ha inducido ciertos estereotipos para que un individuo lograr adaptarse ya sea a la comunidad, su familia o a un grupo de personas, sin embargo esta forma de relacionarse con su entorno puede ir en contra de sus emociones, ya que si el sujeto no desea realizar cierta acción y su entorno lo obliga este no se sentirá a gusto consigo mismo, creando de esta forma una posible frustración.

Como se expreso anteriormente una de las causas de la conducta delictiva es el acoso escolar.El acoso escolar se refiere al atosigamiento que comete una persona en contra de otra creándole incomodidad convirtiéndola en una víctima del acoso. El individuo que es acosado puede llegar a padecer ciertos trastornos de la personalidad o de la conducta, esto quiere decir que el abuso escolar infancia deja graves secuelas en el desarrollo de un sujeto.

Consecuencias del acoso escolar en el desarrollo del infante

El abuso escolar puede desencadenar diferentes tipos de secuelas en una persona, la más conocida es la baja autoestima que la persona experimenta al estar sometida al acoso escolar, otra manifestación que la persona puede llegar a poseer es la desmotivación de relacionarse con su entorno, dejando una consecuencia grave en su desarrollo ya que el mismo puede que no desarrolle relaciones estables por el temor a ser de nuevo una víctima pudiéndose sentir de esta manera desvalorizado.

Otra causa de la conducta delictiva es el maltrato infantil, teniendo en cuenta que este puede darse de diferentes modos, tales como: maltrato físico, abuso sexual, maltrato emocional o psicológico, negligencia. Pero la principal pregunta es: ¿ Porque un padre llega a maltratar a su hijo? Existen diferentes causas en cuales tenemos:

Problemas psicológicos
Un padre que presente algún tipo de trastorno si este es grave el mismo puede afectar a un niño
Económico
La falta de empleo o la falta de recursos económicos pueden generar a los padres frustraciones por la cual se podrían terminar desquitando con los hijos creando o tanto maltrato físico o maltrato psicológico
Cultural
A lo largo de los años la sociedad ha creado una cultura de castigo, esta está basada en qué e si el padre no se opone como figura de autoridad el niño no obtendrá una buena crianza, esto puede estar basado en castigo conllevando así algún tipo de maltrato.

Sin embargo existen otras causas por la cual los padres cometen maltrato o abuso infantil, se podría observar cuando los padres fueron maltratados en su infancia y tratan del mismo modo a sus hijos, que los mismos consuman alcohol o drogas.

Las causas por las cuales se comete este tipo de abuso hacia los propios hijos, varía desde las aparentes buenas intenciones, hasta el daño emocional directo al niño, quien ha sido escogido como objeto de descarga de emociones negativas por parte del adulto

Consecuencias del maltrato infantil

Las personas con trastorno de la personalidad tales como depresión, trastorno evitativo de la personalidad, trastorno paranoide la personalidad, entre otros, suelen ser presentados por problemas en el hogar en su etapa de infante ya que en si un niño es maltratado psicológicamente ya sea por abandono o agresión verbal puede otorgarle consecuencias a largo plazo. Un adolescente o un adulto necesitan tener confianza en sí mismos para lograr llegar a autorrealización, sin embargo, en un abandono pueden sentirse menospreciados llegándole a otorgar a la persona algún trastorno de personalidad. El maltrato infantil llega a influir la afectividad del individuo y el mismo puede llegar a ser impulsivo.

Observamos que existen diferentes factores por el cual se llega a cometer un delito ya sea por la parte biológica o por el entorno donde la persona se desarrolla. Dichos factores propician la aparición de conductas conflictivas en la infancia y con los años pueden llegar a desencadenar conductas delictivas de amplio rango, desde delitos menores a delitos de gravedad.

Generalmente ha existido el pensamiento de que el abuso escolar, maltrato infantil, y el dinamismo familiar son factores psicosociales que afecta o deja secuelas en los individuos que sufren de estos actos creando la posibilidad de generar diferentes trastornos mentales comúnmente tales como la depresión, trastorno evitativo de la personalidad, trastorno paranoide de la personalidad, etc, pero en realidad lo que mayormente afecta a la población que ha sufrido de dichos maltratos es el trastorno de la personalidad disocial, ya que un niño maltratado tiende a poseer mayores probabilidades a desarrollar una condición de abusador remplazando a la de víctima, de esta manera en el infante se genera una conducta disruptiva que no sólo lo afectaría a él si no a su entorno.

Como sociedad o futuros padres se podrían evitar estos maltratos al infante y es importante saber que esto no afecta solo al niño, afecta a toda la sociedad!

First the individual is a person who is subject to adaptation, when we refer to psychosocial it would be talking about the behavior of the individual regarding their environment, that is, how this can get to relate to other people, either your community, family, etc.

Bearing in mind that psychosocial expresses that the human being bases his behavior in the environment, the psychosocial factors are directed to how the environment could affect the individual either positively or negatively. Society has induced certain stereotypes for an individual to adapt to either the community, their family or a group of people, however this way of relating to their environment can go against their emotions, because if the subject does not want perform a certain action and its environment requires it this will not feel comfortable with itself, creating in this way a possible frustration.

As stated earlier one of the causes of criminal behavior is bullying. Bullying refers to the bullying committed by one person against another creating discomfort making it a victim of bullying. The individual who is harassed may suffer certain personality or behavioral disorders, this means that childhood school abuse leaves serious consequences in the development of a subject.

Consequences of bullying in the development of the infant

School abuse can trigger different types of sequelae in a person, the best known is the low self-esteem that the person experiences when subjected to bullying, another manifestation that the person may come to possess is the demotivation of relating to their environment, leaving a serious consequence in its development since it may not develop stable relationships because of the fear of being a victim again and may feel devalued in this way.

Another cause of criminal behavior is child maltreatment, bearing in mind that this can occur in different ways, such as: physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional or psychological abuse, neglect. But the main question is: Why does a father come to mistreat his son? There are different causes in which we have:

Psychological problems
A parent who has some type of disorder if it is severe can affect a child
Economic
The lack of employment or the lack of financial resources can generate frustrations for parents, which could end up taking their revenge with their children, creating physical or psychological abuse.
Cultural
Over the years the society has created a culture of punishment, this is based on what if the father does not oppose as an authority figure the child will not get a good upbringing, this can be based on punishment leading to some kind of abuse

However, there are other causes for which parents commit child abuse or abuse, it could be observed when the parents were mistreated in their childhood and treat their children in the same way, that they consume alcohol or drugs.

The causes for which this type of abuse is committed towards the children themselves, varies from the apparent good intentions, to the direct emotional damage to the child, who has been chosen as an object of discharge of negative emotions by the adult
