This is so unfortunate. Even though the US has nothing to do with this, we should help.

    If somehow we could rectify this mess then it would be the right thing to do. Otherwise it doesn't seem to be our problem. I'm in favor of isolating ourselves from these conflicts. We should look at these basket cases as example of how Communism/Socialism either leads to authoritarianism or civil war.
