Estos meses han sido de muchos obstáculos, pruebas personales y desafíos constantes. A su vez, estuvieron llenos de "tripas hechas corazón". Me tomo un momento para motivarte, ayudar a levantarte y para que juntos, saltemos al vacío.

Saludos mis queridos Steemianos y Steemianas, aprovecho la ocasión para darte la más cordial bienvenida a Steemit si estás "aterrizando" el día de hoy. Mis abuelos me enseñaron a agradecer siempre primero. Doy gracias infinitas a los creadores de Steemit por construir un futuro mejor, para miles y millones de personas. Steemit es definitivamente, una plataforma de despegue. De igual manera, agradezco a todos los integrantes de Steemit de los países de habla hispana por su perseverancia y dedicación. Doy un fuerte aplauso a mis hermanos y hermanas de Venezuela, quienes, han demostrado una fuerza para superar todas las adversidades posibles y mantenerse firmes en Steemit. Por último, agradezco enormemente a todas las iniciativas que día a día, apoyan el contenido en Castellano: @cervantes @provenezuela @don.quijote @sancho.panza @cooperacion @frida.kahlo @simnrodrguez (son todas las que conozco). Greetings my dear Steemians, I take this opportunity to give you the warmest welcome to Steemit, if you are "landing" here today. My grandparents taught me to always thank first. I give infinite thanks to the creators of Steemit for building a better future, for thousands and millions of people. Steemit is definitely a takeoff platform. Likewise, I thank all members of Steemit of the Spanish-speaking countries for their perseverance and dedication. I give a strong applause to my brothers and sisters from Venezuela, who have shown strength to overcome all possible adversities while standing firm within Steemit. Finally, I greatly appreciate all the initiatives that support the Spanish content: @cervantes @provenezuela @don.quijote @sancho.panza @cooperacion @frida.kahlo @simnrodrguez (are all those I know so far). 10 meses, mucho que aprender. | 10 months, a lot of learning.

Hoy hace algunos meses (no más de 10), empecé mi carrera en Steemit. En un inicio estuve muy desenfocado y no sabía a ciencia cierta, sobre el manejo de las redes sociales. Hoy, luego de empezar a entender de qué trata, puedo recibir con mucha felicidad el apoyo de las personas. Si bien las cosas no se logran de un día para otro, veo importante compartirles algunos puntos dentro de mi crecimiento en Steemit hasta el día de hoy.

Today a few months ago (no more than 10), I started my career at Steemit. At first I was very unfocused and did not know for sure about the management of social networks. Today, after beginning to understand what it is all about, I can receive with great happiness the support from many people. While things are not happening overnight, I see it important to share some points within my growth in Steemit until this day.

Escritura, redacción, ortografía y generalidades de la lengua Castellana. | Writing, drafting, spelling and generalities within the Spanish language.

He mejorado en gran medida, mi redacción y ortografía (o al menos eso espero). Esto ha sido gracias al empeño y la lectura constante, para con otros miembros notables de la plataforma. Muchas correcciones recibidas por parte de otras personas, han servido para este propósito. Cuando empezamos a tomarnos en serio la escritura y la comunicación, se vuelve imperativo aprender a mejorar estos aspectos. Al inicio no había considerado los detalles al escribir y explicar mis ideas, de manera más entendible. Ahora comprendo que la "cara de Steemit", son los buenos artículos. El buen contenido, es la mejor promoción que nuestra plataforma posee.

I have greatly improved my writing and spelling (or so I hope). This has been thanks to constant commitment and reading, toward other notable members of the platform. Many corrections received from other people have served with this purpose as well. When we begin to take writing and digital communication seriously, it becomes imperative to learn more and more, to improve these aspects. At first I had not considered the details about writing and explaining my ideas, in a more understandable way. Now I understand that the "face of Steemit", are the good articles. The good content, is the best promotion that our platform has.

Algunas recomendaciones que puedes utilizar, en tu día a día, son:

• Siempre que tengo dudas sobre acentos realizo una búsqueda en Google y, como segunda opción, accedo a la página llevatilde.es.
• Intento leer, una y otra vez mis escritos, cómo si se tratase de una persona que no tiene conocimiento del artículo. Esto me ofrece, una visión más amplia que me permite modificar y reorganizar las ideas en cada párrafo.
• Aunque me vea tentado a plasmar "venezolanismos", recuerdo que las personas de habla castellana, están presentes en muchos países y manejan diferentes términos para una misma palabra.
• En asuntos de creación de contenido, intento "fluir" sólo cuando me siento apto para ello. Siempre que trato de forzar la inspiración, la escritura se vuelve difícil y tosca.
• Nada debe detener tus ganas por escribir. Para trabajar en modo "offline" puedes utilizar el siguiente editor de Markdown llamado Typora. Este editor te permite escribir y guardar tus publicaciones aún cuando no poseas internet. Luego puedes exportarlas, en formato Markdown al editor de Steemit. (Consulta mis guías sobre Markdown)

Recommendations. You can use them, in a daily basis:

• Whenever I have doubts about grammar, I search in Google. You could also join curators chat servers to avoid mistakes while writing.
• I try to read, over and over, my writings. I do this, as if it were a person who has no knowledge about it. This gives me a broader view that allows me to modify and rearrange the ideas within each paragraph.
• Although I am tempted to use "Slang", I remember that readers are people from many countries and handle different terms for the same word.
• About content creation issues, I try to "flow" only when I feel good to write. Whenever I try to force inspiration, writing becomes difficult to me.
• Nothing should stop your willingness about writing. To work in offline mode you can use the following Markdown editor called Typora. This editor allows you to write and save your publications even when you do not have internet. Then you can export them in Markdown format to the Steemit editor. (Check my guides about Markdown)

Enfoque total, muy a pesar de que el mundo "esté de cabeza" a mi alrededor. | Full focus, very much in spite of the fact that the world is "upside down" around me.

Muchas veces he batallado con una mala conexión al internet. Eso no me ha quitado las ganas de publicar. Otras tantas, el suministro eléctrico se ha visto con fallas. Eso tampoco me ha bajado los ánimos para escribir. Mi enfoque es y ha sido completo en los últimos meses. Al principio, hablo de los primero meses, perdía mucho tiempo pensando y "buscando" ideas para publicar. Al cabo de muchas semanas, estuve "lanzando flechas" con diferentes tópicos y temas. Admito que el estar disperso, no ayuda en ninguna plataforma social, y mucho menos en Steemit. Debes encontrar tus tópicos y profundizar en ellos. Todos tenemos habilidades especiales (aún cuando pienses que no es tu caso). Si eres una persona social, aprovecha esa cualidad para desarrollar tu blog en Steemit. Si eres un "cómico en potencia", eso es lo que debes imprimir en tus publicaciones. Puedes tomar como norma la frase, "profundiza en tus cualidades naturales". Si eres un líder natural, de los que aún cuando niño guiaba a los demás niños camino a los juegos, debes profundizar esas cualidades en tu blog. Tú enfoque debe ser primeramente en esos aspectos.

Many times I have struggled with a bad connection to the internet. That has not taken away from me, the urge to publish. In other cases, the electricity supply has been faulty. That also has not lowered my spirits to write. My approach is and has been "focused" in recent months. At first, I talk about the first months in here, I wasted so much time thinking and "looking" for ideas to publish. After many weeks, I was "throwing arrows" with different topics. I admit that being scattered does not help on any social platform, much less in Steemit. You must find your topics and delve into them. We all have special abilities (even when you think it's not your case). If you are a social person, take advantage of that skill to develop your blog in Steemit. If you are a "comedian", that is what you should print within your publications. You can take the phrase "deepen your natural qualities" as a rule. If you are a natural leader, even as a child you led other children on the way to games, you must deepen those qualities within your blog. Your focus, should be primarily on those aspects.

Recomendaciones para un buen enfoque y desarrollo de tópicos en tu blog:

• Empezar el día con una meta, es mucho más provechoso. Eso sucede de igual manera en tu blog. Debes tener una planificación a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Yo por ejemplo, ahora mismo, tengo una meta muy simple. Publicar un artículo por día para no cansar a mis seguidores y darle tiempo, a mi creatividad, de desarrollarse de manera más natural. Ese objetivo me mantiene enfocado y planifico muchas cosas (dentro de mi día) en base a eso. Una vez que logro llevar a cabo esa meta, puedo estar tranquilo. Esa meta conlleva otras metas implícitas.
• Si te enfocas en lo que puedes hacer, dejarás a un lado, lo que no puedes hacer. Es simple. Si te enfocas en "no tengo internet", en vez de "cómo resuelvo ese problema", estás aniquilando la posibilidad de solucionarlo. Si te enfocas en que hoy mismo, puedes empezar a practicar los detalles técnicos de Steemit (Markdown, realizar plantillas, mejorar tu ortografía y estudiar lo que otros hacen), estoy seguro que en pocos días, estarás enfocado en tu buen contenido. Muchas veces prefiero terminar un artículo, antes de aceptar una invitación al cine. Mis metas y mi enfoque, está por encima de todo porque así lo deseo.
• Abarcar muchos tópicos, le resta fuerza a tu blog. A menos que seas muy buen Blogger, te será muy difícil tocar diferentes temas a la vez. Les relato el siguiente ejemplo. Un blog que habla de motivación, yoga, educación, estética, alimentación, comidas y recetas, tiene mucho trabajo por delante si espera desarrollar un artículo para cada cosa. En cambio si cambias el enfoque, puedes hablar del Yoga como tema central. El Yoga y la meditación se relacionan y, tocan de manera general, los demás tópicos. Eso te hará la vida mucho más fácil mientras desarrollas tu blog.

Recommendations for a good approach and development of topics within your blog:

• Starting the day with a goal, is much more profitable. That happens in the same way in your blog. You must have a short, medium and long term planning. For example, right now, I have a very simple goal. Publishing one article per day. This way I plan not to tire my followers and give time, to my creativity to develop more naturally. That goal keeps me focused and I plan many things (within my day) based on that. Once I achieve that goal, I can relax myself. That goal carries other implicit goals.
• If you focus on what you can do, you will leave aside, what you can not do. It is simple. If you focus on "I do not have internet connection", instead of "how do I solve that problem", you are annihilating the possibility of solving it. If you focus today on start practicing the technical details of Steemit (Markdown, make templates, improve your spelling and study what others do), I am sure that in a few days, you will be focused on your good content. Many times I prefer to finish an article, before accepting an invitation to go out. My goals and my approach are above all things, because I want it this way.
• By covering many topics, you will weakening your blog. Unless you are a very good Blogger, it will be very difficult to touch different subjects at the same time. I tell you the following example. A blog that talks about motivation, yoga, education, aesthetics, food and kitchen, has a lot of work ahead if that person hopes to develop an article for each thing. Instead, if you change the focus, you can talk about Yoga as the central theme. Yoga and meditation are related and, in general, touch the other topics. That will make your life much easier while developing your blog.

Efecto oveja® o efecto bola de nieve® en Steemit. | The sheep effect® or snowball effect® on Steemit.

A medida que empecé a profundizar en Steemit, me dí cuenta de este efecto que se da cuando un artículo toma fuerza. Siempre que un artículo recibe votos de cuentas pesadas, aumentará en valor. Eso atrae, de manera casi automática, a muchas otras personas. Sucede lo mismo con un artículo que posee gran cantidad de comentarios. Muchos se acercan para leer, qué es lo que atrae a tanta gente. Nunca subestimes el poder de la auto-promoción en Steemit y reforzar con buenos comentarios los artículos.
A medida que va aumentando la cantidad de miembros hispanos en Steemit, debemos hacer lo necesario para lograr sobresalir. Siempre manteniendo el buen contenido y los buenos artículos. Apenas puedas, haz la prueba de empezar a crear pequeñas bolas de nieve en tu blog.

As I began to deepen in Steemit, I realized this effect that occurs when an article takes force. Whenever a post receives votes from heavy accounts, it will increase in value. That attracts, almost automatically, many other people. The same thing happens with an article that has a lot of comments. Many come to read to see, what attracts so many people. Never underestimate the power of the self-promotion at Steemit. Never underestimate writing good comments in posts as reinforcement.
As the number of members in Steemit grows, we must do what is necessary to succeed and stand ourselves out. Always keeping good content and good articles. Just do it, try to start creating small snowballs within your blog.

Cómo bien lo dijo @bitcoinroute "En Steemit, sin metas no te metas". | How @bitcoinroute said "In Steemit, without goals do not get in".

Visualizar es necesario, pero, soñar o visionar no basta. Debes actuar en pro de lo que quieres, enfocando tu atención en lo que puedes llevar a cabo para lograrlo. Debes planificar paso a paso. Yo tenía una meta, empezar a ser más independiente e ir ganando seguidores ininterrumpidamente. Ya lo estoy haciendo y todo gracias a ir siguiendo mis metas, de manera progresiva. Debo aclarar que, siguiendo las pautas básicas de toda red social, he aumentado en popularidad.

Visualising is necessary, but, to dream is not enough. You must act for what you want, focusing your attention on what you can do, in order to achieve it. You must plan step by step. I had a goal, start being more independent and gaining followers uninterruptedly. I am already doing it and everything thanks to follow my goals progressively. I must clarify that, following the basic guidelines of any social network, I have increased in popularity.

Dichas pautas, en mi experiencia son:

• Hacer contacto con las personas. Contestar sus mensajes y comentarios. Ayudar a otros con sus dudas y apoyarlos como me sea posible. Haciendo comunidad, vas a crecer.
• Siguiendo de cerca los comentarios y sugerencias de otros miembros. Mantengo especial atención a lo que otras personas comentan y la manera en que me escriben. Supe que uno de mis tópicos eran las Micro Guías®, al leer muchos comentarios de personas agradeciendo por mi labor. Eso es feedback básico de redes sociales. (Cabe destacar que aún no soy un experto, pero estoy aprendiendo cada día)
• Midiendo los votos y vistas de los artículos. Eso te dará mucha información que necesitas recopilar, para poder mejorar y cambiar lo que debas cambiar.

These guidelines, in my experience are:

• Connect with people. Answering their messages and comments. Helping others to solve their doubts and support them as much as I can. By doing community, you are going to grow.
• Following closely the comments and suggestions of other members. I keep special attention to what other people are saying and the way they write to me. I learned that one of my topics was the Micro Guides®, reading many comments from people thanking me for my work. That's basic social networking feedback. (Note that I'm still not an expert, but I'm learning every day)
• Measuring the votes and views of each article. That will give you a lot of information that you need to collect, to be able to improve and change what you need to change.

Depende de ti y nadie más que tú. | It's up to you and no one else but you.

Se lee un poco a título de canción romántica, pero, es muy cierto darse cuenta que depende de cada uno de nosotros el éxito o el fracaso. Podemos y debemos recibir apoyo, ayudas y votos, pero no te enfoques en esperar. No esperes por los demás. Cada quien está concentrado en lo que quiere o en lo que puede. La diferencia la haces tú. Puedes apoyarte en otros para escalar, pero, no esperes por la aprobación de los demás para tener éxito. Apenas aprendas las "fórmulas de Steemit", dale rienda suelta a tu creatividad. Dichas fórmulas se combinan con normas básicas del buen manejo y desempeño, de tus publicaciones dentro de Steemit.

It sounds as a romantic song title, but, it is very true to realize that, success or failure, of each of us depends. We can and must receive support, help and upvotes, but do not focus on waiting. Do not wait for others. Everyone is focused on what they wants or whatever they can focus. Difference it is what you make. You can lean on others to climb, but do not wait for the approval of others to succeed. As soon as you learn the "Steemit formulas", free your creativity. These formulas or rules are the basics: tags, sources, good images, etc.

Piensa "out of the box". Pensar "fuera de la caja", es incursionar en lo que otros no quieren hacer o ni se imaginan que pueden realizar. La pereza no conlleva sino al oportunismo. No te dejes abatir por la falta de dinero. Debes encontrar la manera. Steemit es una plataforma social, pero, también es una plataforma de recolección de fondos. Si lo pides, de manera inteligente, te darán lo que necesites. Si demuestras el compromiso, la plataforma se pone a tu servicio. Recuerda, es una plataforma.

Think of "out of the box". Think "out of the box" is to enter into what others do not want to do or, they cannot even imagine about . Laziness leads only to opportunism. Do not let yourself down because of the lack of money. You must find the way. Steemit is a social platform, but it is also a fundraising platform somehow. If you ask, smartly, Steemit will give you what you need. If you show the commitment, the platform will be at your service. Remember, it's a platform.

La "cofradía" de SndBox | The SandBox Guild

A partir de ahora, reafirmo mi compromiso en Steemit. El dia de hoy pertenezco a Steemit como miembro activo y además, pertenezco a la "cofradía" de @sndbox. Les pido dedicación y compromiso con sus cuentas. Pregunten cuando tengan dudas. Pidan ayuda cuando la necesitan. El enfoque es vital y necesario. Estaré seleccionando personas, más adelante, para proponerlos como miembros de Sndbox. Existen muchas posibilidades amig@s. Se vienen muchos buenos proyectos. Es importante recalcar, que estoy abierto a escuchar propuestas concisas, serias y bien pensadas. No miento cuando les digo que "el cielo es el límite". Si me hubiesen preguntado hace 4 meses: "¿Cómo vas a lograr que tus artículos superen los 30$ por día?", de seguro les hubiese dicho "No lo sé aún, pero no descansaré hasta lograrlo". Hoy es una realidad y eso, es poco para lo que quiero. Dentro de mis metas está, ayudar a mis hermanos y hermanas de Venezuela a ser exitosos en Steemit.
