Venezuela Critical situation already controlled in the Helicoide general command of the SEBIN (Bolivarian National Intelligence Service) For minors of what happened

Hello friends of the STEEMIT community, today I am going to make reference to the situation presented in the headquarters of the SEBIN (Bolivarian service of national intelligence) irregular situation denounced by the deputies of the National Assembly Richard Blanco and Delsa Solorzano via twitter, in which the political prisoners took control of the helicoid prison area.

The political prisoners are demanding the presence of the episcopal junta of Venezuela, a representation of the National Assembly as well as the presence of the International Red Cross.

1. The motive carried out by political prisoners is a requirement of speed in their judicial processes which have been postponed in constant opportunities. We demand the release of all political prisoners in Venezuela. No Venezuelan should be imprisoned for his thinking, let alone Venezuelans who already have a release ticket issued by a court.

The dictatorship arbitrarily keeps them kidnapped.

1. We demand the Due Process, transfers of common prisoners, and freedom to all be guaranteed according to the Real list that we present:
   Political prisoners - Common prisoners. (ALL KIDNAPPED) - Prisoners with ballot freedom: 10

• Kidnapped prisoners, never presented: 3
• Prisoners awaiting a psychosocial examination: 4
• Prisoners with bail: 9 - Prisoners with transfer ticket: 43
• Political prisoners without trial and without transfer: 56
• Minor prisoners: 4
• Prisoners with extradition order: 5
• Prisoners with a procedural delay of more than two years: 103
  Total of prisoners kidnapped in the helicopter: 265
  ALL with health problems.
  Here I show you the list made by the hand of the political prisoners:

Javier Bertucci presidential candidate made presence in the Helicoide, the same was not very well received by a part of the relatives of the political prisoners the candidate shouted "This is not campaign, this is for justice", "I fight in dictatorship and vote in democracy. " Bertucci also pointed out that, apparently, the person who threw water at him was "one of the young people tortured for not thinking the same way as this government and he was imprisoned for three years and three months".

"I understand his frustration and pain, he is the representation of all those guys who have not been respected their rights as a Venezuelan, so I understand his reaction in the middle of this juncture."

The block of the MUD also pronounced making reference that all these prisoners do not have to be imprisoned, much less without having made a trial, as there are also several of the prisoners who have a freedom to release released by the courts and they have not given the freedom to these people.

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported to the scene of the events. He informed that the situation of protest by the prisoners in the headquarters of the Bolivarian Intelligence Service (Sebin) in El Helicoide "has been regularized" . He also informed that 72 political prisoners would be transferred to different detention centers already stipulated in the Working Table by the Public Ministry and Penitentiary System with the help of the TSJ (Supreme Court of Justice)
