This type of insectivorous plant is probably quite a recognizable one. Venus Flytrap is his name. He uses a modified leaf into a trap to catch the insects that land on him.

Venus Flytrap leaf shape is quite unique. The shape is round and on its side there are long thorns that make it look like a long-fanged animal's mouth. Coupled with the green color on the outside and redness on the inside.

Venus Flytrap uses mucus at the end of the lobe (leaf) to lure insects to approach it. When the insect is alighted and trapped on its thorn, Venus Flytrap instantly closes its leaves, then digests its prey
