Just want to share a photo of me and my girls; Rhonda and Tisha, after we finished the Spartan Race at the Ko'oloa ranch, on the East side of Oahu. I think it was two years a go. As you can see we are covered in mud!!! Yes, my friends, more mud! Ok, here's the gross part...it smelt like horse poop. I mean, strong horse poop! LOL Gross, I know but we had to. Well, have a fantastic day as always.
