Vernon Winter Carnival entries open Dec. 11The 2019 entries are now open for the 2019 Vernon Winter Carnival.Submit them before the midnight deadline of Monday, Dec. 10.The theme is Canada 150.This year marks the first time the Vernon Winter Carnival will feature two different events — a winter carnival parade in January, followed by a community BBQ and fireworks on Feb. 15.An entry form is available online and can be completed and submitted to the Main Street venue, 514 Main St., or the RecPlex.
