My reputation has not been improved yet..nor I am getting credit for my writings... Can you pls suggest.... What is happening with my account? When it will improve ? And all those lost credits will be paid??

I don't know anything about how or why your rep took a hit. It will only come up by upvotes in comments or articles. I won't slowly recover without activity.

If I could offer a suggestion, even though I am a tiny minnow, instead of focusing on your rating, and ultimately how much money you are making, focus on your postings. Enjoy the process of being able to create thoughts and ideas, put them on "paper", and share with others.
Steemit is not a get rich quick scheme, and profitability through it only comes with time and hard work, and not everyone may have the skills to make a lot of money. That's OK, enjoy the experience. If you focus on the end destination, you will miss all the exciting things along the way!

Everyone wants to make money, but I feel that not everyone has the same level of ability in their writing, or the same level of ability to be able to "get noticed". This platform really is about content, marketing, and writing ability. When the focus becomes the money, that can show through on the posts, and either consciously or subconsciously drive people away.
For example, think of the difference between listening to a motivational speaker that is just in it for the money, and one who genuinely cares about positively impacting people's lives.
Again, just my thoughts, and maybe aimed more at myself to keep myself in check.
