There should be many versions of the question of who I am: I think I am handsome and well-behaved; my wife thinks I am lazy and lifeless; my friend thinks that I have both sides and the meaning of words...but What the official thinks of me, I don't know.
Because this thing was sealed in a kraft paper envelope and hidden tightly, ordinary people can't see it. Its name is Archive.
When I was studying, I was afraid of the file. Once I had a free fight with my classmates because of a small matter, and the teacher threatened me to write this thing in the file.
At that time I thought: "It's over, if I don't choose the job of a killer in this life, I might not find a place to eat." As for whether the teacher wrote in the future, I don't know, because I don't have this right.
The student files are written by several teachers sitting in the office. I think they should include their own resumes, basic information, academic records, and of course, a brief appraisal of the students by the master teacher of the "Life and Death Book".
I don't think there is any disagreement on the first few items, anyway, those things are well documented in black and white. But the evaluation of this thing is the hardest thing to say, and often this identification is the most critical thing. How much does the teacher know about the students?
Except for test scores and classroom performance, there is almost nothing. At such a level, what qualifications are there to appraise a student?
If the appraiser can be present when the teacher writes the appraisal, and everyone exchanges opinions and discusses the more controversial things, then I believe that the accuracy and authority of the appraisal are much better than the results behind closed doors.
But the fact is, students don’t even know what the teacher puts in your brown paper envelope. To make a simple analogy, it's like receiving a box on your birthday, and you only hear the ticking sound inside. Whether it is a Rolex or a time bomb inside, I don't know how it is, I can only resign it to fate.
Although there are not many employers who are looking at files at every turn, who can guarantee that people will not make a splash?
Who can guarantee that the evaluation in his file is "study hard and make progress every day"? Isn't your work ability and work experience inferior to that few hundred words of appraisal?
Citizens should have the right to know, this issue does not seem to be controversial. We do not require to know what new scientific research plans or important actions the country has, but at least we should know how organizations and people evaluate themselves, right?
In case someone asks me who I am in the future, which version should I answer?
