Search for a quiet place in your house or your office. Close your eyes and try to rarely inhale and exhale. Focus on your breathing for 10 minutes.
Think of the people you love
Sometimes, people do things that affect your self-esteem. If you care about others’ opinions their bad vibes will become yours.
You can overcome these situations by thinking about the people you love and they love you. Think of the good times you had together and how special they made you feel.
That’s what truly matters, not the words of strangers.
Take long walks or car rides
If it’s possible, get away from what stresses you. Take a walk, take a long car ride, it’s the best way to enjoy your space and calm down.

Driving can also help, because when you’re taking a familiar road your brain isn’t really solicitated, so you’ll automatically relax.
