Hello steemians, today I come to show you my experience at the Burger Fest 2018.

As most people always complained that I was going to try hamburgers at the fast food chains, now I bring you these beauties that we tried on the Paseo de la costa (Urquiza and the river), in Vicente Lopez, last Saturday.

Burger Fest is a gastronomic festival that brings together the best hamburgers of Buenos Aires and this was its fourth edition (Friday 19th and Saturday 20th January). After three successful previous experiences in 2016 and 2017, in Costa, it brought together more than 30,000 people per edition, the event most awaited by hamburger lovers returned to the coast Vicente López with new participants. Admission was free.

Among the stands that participated, that were present: El Rodazo, Burger Mood, Negroni, Hard Rock, The Embers, Saint Burger, Los Infernales, Dogg, Trixie, Marlon, Bar de Carnes, Kon Kon, La Burguesa, Foodie Special Burger, 180 Burger Bar, Hoboken, Berlin, Cervelar, Pérez H, La Dorita, Delirio, Nómade, Camaleón Rutero, Food Truck Argentina.
We had the chance to try 3 different types of hamburgers (beyond that there are pork, buffalo, wild boar, etc). In our case, we chose the classics of beef, which were the following:
Big Cheeseburger of Hard Rock Cafe

This Hard Rock Cafe burger consisted of a 150gr medallion with lettuce, tomato and two slices of cheddar cheese, wrapped in a pair of white breads. The taste of the meat along with the ingredients was very good, although the cheese lacked a little more heat to melt well. The potatoes I bought with the combo were really good. The price of the burger was $140.
Fugaletta of Chameleon Router

The one we chose in the Rutero Chameleon, had a medallion of 150gr with provocleta, caramelized onion and mushrooms, along with white bread with figaza style. Very good combination but not for everyone's taste, as it contains mushrooms. The price was $150.

The American of Hoboken

Finally, Hoboken's choice was a 150gr medallion with cheddar, bacon, caramelized onion and barbecue sauce. It is the only one that had a classic bread, of which they bring sesame seeds. We ordered it with some sweet potatoes. It was a very good hamburger too and the price was $150.
Finally, I leave you the video with the summary of the tour and a bonus track with a molecular ice cream that we ordered, made with liquid nitrogen.
