You can only upload text, because photos and videos would take too much space in the blockchain. So only exernal links are possible.

Probably Youtube is best choice for uploading videos, at least other content creators are using it successfully.

    So, in short, you have to have a external source in the web for pics and videos, and link from there. Thanks.
