Very good ! I can’t give up sugar but the post is inspiring

Those are some good tips on giving up sugar and dairy. It sure takes discipline , dedication and hard-work to achieve this; because sugar is in almost everything nowadays. Excess sugar is what is making so many people obese and sick with disease- they just don't realize until its too late. Glad that it worked for you...keep it going and maintain a nice healthy weight :)

thank you , glad you liked them!! yeah its really hard work for sure!!i know it reduced my internal fat !! so its great!

Refined sugar, I call it "The Silent Poison".
People should replace it with stevia and honey.

yeah although honey is also pure sugar, watch a documentary on that :)

Honey that you can buy in supermarkets (fake honey) is close to sugar. People who tried the real wild honey are rare. Wild honey mmm so healthy. Who ever made that documentary doesn't know the nature well.

Thanks dear sharing your video .I alwys see your post and resteemit done dear.

No sugar days. This ia nice and yes, the video is really helpful. Sweetener? I guess most drinks now use this in place of sugar and that is really nice. I came across one, I think scavia or something.
Oh Yes, I love fruitssss!. Well done my friend.

Just found you on Dtube, came here to check out your blog.

I've had to reduce sugar, not as drastically, but reduce sugar and increase protein, because I have little energy, can't gain weight, and have itchy scalp and hair thinning. It's been one month and my scalp feels better already, my energy levels are still fluctuating a lot, and I think the weight will follow, but I need to gain. I've also increased my protein intake a lot. I stick to natural sugars, lots of fruits, with almond milk in smoothies.

I'm allergic to dairy, sometimes I'll eat goat's cheese, but Imostly use coconut and almond milk for recipes.

So yeah, cutting down/out sugar is great!

heyaa!! welcome!! yeah thats good, you are on a right track, remember that body takes long time to adjust, and it doesn't change overnight! For gaining weight, i would eat more avocados, coconut oil and protein rich foods with loads of vegetables!! :))

Yeah, I've been eating a lot of Broccoli and veggies with hummus. Thicker layers of peanut butter on my toast :p and snacking more often. I'm not starving myself anymore. Not that I try to starve myself, but I purposefully take snack breaks, otherwise I get be on a roll and forget to eat.

My godfather is 5 years without eating sugar, only consume sugar by natural means (fruit), and it is incredible the difference in his weight, energy and posture. Sugar kills a lot more than cigarettes and people don't realise that until it is to late. I won´t leave sugar because I make exercise every day at a high level but always consume it in moderate quantities; otherwise I probably would avoid sugar at all cost.

Good on you it isn't easy to do. I used to live in the UK and put on weight there because the food is very good. The chocolate is delicious.
