Dark Matter? What is it? Ever here of CMBR (cosmic microwave background radiation), it is a form of cosmic noise. Whenever scientists scan the skies for signals from outer space they receive a small amount of radiation noise no matter what direction they point their antennae receivers. In other words its coming at us from all directions. Some scientist think this noise is from the big bang echoing throughout the universe! But one scientist thinks it is energy emanating from DARK MATTER!
