Introducing DTube: a decentralized video platform using STEEM and IPFS

I'm trying to write an article about DTube and have some questions.

  • What is the founder's real name and general location, or has he kept it secret?
  • Is there a way to contact him/her other than steemit chat (which apparently didn't evoke a response in my case).
  • Is there any sort of help site or contact info? If leaned on would the founder currently ave the power to shut the service down, and if so...is there a plan (presumably his plan) to make sure that he loses that power later? - - What are all those tech terms on the right side drop down menu; what do they mean? (ipfs, gateway, api). How easy is it going to be for folks in venezuela or something to mask their identity when uploading?
  • What does "Voting @ 100%" mean? Or 10 percent for that matter.
  • Anyone know exactly what day it launched and if there is a way to tell how many views a video has? After the SWAT-ish raid on Kim DotCom, what are the likely dangers the founder is facing, if any?
  • Were any of the rest of you having trouble with the default video size being too big for the screen?
  • What else should I have asked that I didn't...

Thanks in advance... more questions later maybe.
