You may be wondering what other types of flow arts there are. If you've ever seen a juggler, a staff spinner, or even someone just fiddling around with their hands, these are ALL different types of flow art.
A flow art broken down to simple terms is really just anything that you can "flow" with or dance with as a form of self expression. We've seen people go as far as using pencils or pens as a form of flow. It can literally be ANYTHING! Have you ever been listening to a song and get so hyped that you have to just jump and wiggle like it's the end of 2017?!..... Oh wait... ;) Being able to then put those feelings into an outlet like a flow art can be the source of some pretty amazing shows.
