It's hard to say. I've already posted a few copyrighted videos and it's still in... But if they start noticing DTube is a place for copyrighted content, they will contact IPFS nodes that distribute the content and ask them to remove the files.

Just like how some stuff stays on youtube, despite being copyrighted. If there is a will, it will get removed
