I think i need to try out the video part to perfect in public speaking. I have had that challenge not until was advised by my close friend to try practicing in front of a mirror. It has done some magic but I think I need to accompany it with video for more quicker results.

    Give it a try. Practicing in front of the mirror is a great start though
