I wanted to share a video that I made over the weekend - well, over my weekend which is Thursday & Friday rather than Saturday & Sunday! I've owned a DJI Mavic Air for a little over a month but not had many opportunities to fly it, so I decided to take it to the closest, most aesthetically pleasing location that I could and try to get some nice shots.
Here are the results;
The Linear Park is a 3.5 km stretch of disused railway line (the trains stopped running there in 1963) which has been purchased by the local council and converted into a nature park. The area plays host to a variety of flora and fauna, and is popular with local walkers, runners, dog walkers and now, aerial videographers!
It's my favourite place to walk in my hometown. I hope you enjoy the video!
