Good point! Yes I think the chances that people would write higher quality comments that are themselves good content is much higher due to the incentives. Since YouTibe has no good incentives for commenters, many decide that the incentive is the temporary ego boost that can come from taking someone else down a notch. SteemIt changes that. :^)
