Venom is a fictional character which appeared in American Comics published by Marvel comics commonly in association with spider man. Venom made his first appearance in amazing spider man (1988) at first venom was originally conceived supervillian
but has become more as Antihero.
It requires a Host commonly a human to bond with after bonding it has super abilities enhanced to its host . venom first host was spider man after discovering its nature spider man separated it from it. According to comics it was considered one of the greatest threat to humanity along with Magneto, Doctor Doom, and Red Skull. Watch the first look.

What is the source of this trailer? The movie hasn't started filming and I don't find this anywhere on a Sony channel or Marvel one either, is this just really well done fan made?
Edit: Still searching, only coming up with this is a fake or just a fan made trailer, if you read the description on the YouTube channel that released it the wording in the description is very vague, possibly to avoid any legal issues for releasing this and giving the impression this is some official thing.

I hope you know that this is a fake trailer, the Venom movie with Tom Hardy hasn't even started shooting yet. They've used shots from movie's like Locke to make it look legit but it's completely fan-made, kind of sad that people fall for this.
