You are really progressing quickly with this now, I like the concept of jumping and climbing to bypass obstacles - I know right now you are just testing concepts but it really seems to be coming together.

Wow @roundbeargames,

I have been following this for a while and the background makes a big difference. I like the crawl up the block and the character is so skinny compared to the challenger. Although he was short, Mario was an Italian Stallion. He is like look in the sky. Its a pencil! It's a giraffe! No, It's super wimp! Reminds me of playing Neo Geo.

yo i only used that character for testing, but seems like a lotta people like it.
i actually had something like a diablo3 barbarian in mind.

on the other hand, there's something about wimpy protagonists that makes the game interesting.

i dunno what i'm gonna go for, but clearly there's audience for both :)

Your right @roundbeargames this does look more like a prince of persia styled game now but I do love the prince of persia games, haha got to love the easy K.O punch on the big guy LOL, when you say 90s do you mean the 2nd prince of persia game?

Yup 1989 great game but goddam hard, just as it should be, I liked those and the ones in early 2000s really in hope Ubisoft stop making a assassins creed game for once and make a prince of persia again or give the licence to someone who will!... Haha I didn't expect it to stay it just looks so funny, our small character easily K.Os the big axe wielding dude.

i'm not a huge fan of mobile games because of limitations in screensize, performance, and controllers. for now i think i'll stick to console/pc games.

but surely, they've come a long way :)
i might even start playing them later

I like how he decreases speed more than he did before, great upgrade. I almost envy you doing this, this is one of the things that I could get into but it's a bit late to learn it now I think :D

@roundbeargames, Good to know that you've thought about one thing but you are moving towards the more Expanded Version than what you thought.
