Seems more logical that man created god. I don't see any other animal worshiping a fictional idea while simultaneously destroying the environment they need to survive. Love, hate, all emotions are reactions of chemicals within the brain. You can plug in the god helmet and experience a "spiritual presence" anytime you want. It's simply electrical signals. God is imaginary.
