I his video Nerd City is really trying to understand how this new Youtube algorithm is working and how it is effecting its content creators.
I can not recommend Nerd City enough. All of his videos are always well researched and informative. But most importantly, his videos are extremely entertaining as well!
After watching this video about Youtube, his Instagram videos are very good as well, he tries to get as many followers on Instagram as he can by following what celebrities do on their Instagrams.
