I can totally relate, Marilyn.

Whenever I stumble upon a song that completely connects with me and my current life situation, I can't stop listening to it. My family and friends roll their eyes when I play the very same tape over and over again, but it's my way of getting lost in the music.

Since I ran into Drew Machak, my endless-loop-issue has become even more serious. I just can't stop listening to his songs and sing along to them wherever I am: in the car, on the streets, surfing in the water.

Fortunately Drew @drewsmusic joined Steemit some time ago, so now we're all able to lean back and enjoy his great selection of songs on the Steem blockchain. Also we have the opportunity to reward him and his amazing voice accordingly.

But be careful: It's really contagious! :-)

The hourglass of love

One of the reasons why I spend hours on steemit every day is the opportunity to discover hidden treasures at every corner. Drew's one of them.

We're all quite lucky having him here with us.

His songs are always spot on, but maybe there are few lines of lyrics that are more contemporary than the following ones.

Life's become quite fast. Sometimes we're trapped in our own daily routine, not exactly knowing how to escape. The constant pursuit of financial success is dominating great parts of our life time.

Reason enough to lean back and think about what really matters.
