I saw some of you, if not all, are prone to change video resolution to higher one, especially for the trendy 4K 2160p.
Yet, as I've already said in the title, it's "fake upscale", no substantive change in your resulting video file.
Why still stick with this?
Just forget about this, okay?
Instead, I prefer to downscale my 4K footages to 1080p.
Simply put, 4k video playback, esp 4K h265 video, is such a high-demanding task for my both player and computer hardware configurations.
I have to upgrade to windows 10, configure a laptop with 4GB ram, hdmi 2.0 or DisplayPort cable, real 4K display (internally or externally), advanced GPU with hardware acceleration supported....
See, for real 4K video playback, it's so troublesome. More importanly, our naked eyes can't tell the difference between 4k and 1080p in most cases.
Don't you now even think 1080p is a better choice?
