This video is shot on Koh Lanta in Thailand, it features how I currently train by combining calisthenics & weightlifting while not doing any deadlifts.
I apologize for the at times poor sound quality due to the interference between the GoPro mic and background noise, I hope you'll survive and can learn something from the vid.
