Ran an errand this morning, looked up at the sky and thought, "Oh yeah, I'm doing another drivelapse today, this is awesome."

Look for the Google Street View Car at 2 min 50 sec!!
I recorded the Google Car recording me! I wonder when that'll be viewable on Google Maps. :D

    The footage is just naturally smooth with the way I fasten the GoPro to the car. Any shake that occurs during the ride is made unnoticeable after the footage is sped up. But I do it all in Sony Vegas.

      Cool - yeah, I've heard good things about Vegas (currently, I use Premier and After Effects).

        I need to learn Premiere. Sony sold Vegas to Magix. This may not be a big deal, but I don't know what to expect. Plus, I'm a Photoshop junkie and I need to learn After Effects & Premiere bigtime for compatibility's sake.
        Although, I don't see myself quitting on Sony's Sound Forge. Been using that one since about 2001.

          Some years ago, i was behind a google car, mapping streets, it took several months before they updated that streets and to see myself... heheh. keep patience.... Nice video, i love the time lapses.
