I'm using a SteelSeriesXL gamepad for my LG G6 mobile phone. It works great and as long as the phone is orientated properly I have no issues at all. Buyer beware though! This gamepad will not work on a windows os higher than 7, which is weird.

Just make sure you keep game play around 5-10 mins and keep your ram free. This game cant be played for 20+ mins on a phone without overheating. Having a full battery and not charging helps.
