I made a little freeky deeky clip using cinemagraph. I don't know how most people make them, I have heard you can use an app to turn photos into cinemagraph, but I have just used a video editing program to make it precisely weird enough for my own pleasure. I hope you enjoy it!

I've taken a very static video clip, saved a screengrab, laid the still screengrab over the top and cut out part of the still so that you can see the video layer underneath. And then just played with multiple layers and effects. Thanks for the interest!
