Good video though as a trainer of working dogs I am not a fan of using a french ring or world ring protection mode between the legs
I hope they also would instruct the person being protected to run then call the dog off.
With a knife attack there is a good chance the dog would be stabbed and wounded. With luck a real attacker would drop the knife after the pain of the bite hit. I have seen drugged assailants disable a k9 then go after the handler.
