Distributed Regtech Collaboration platform (DRC) is an independent crypto rating agency focused on Fintech and Blockchain projects. DRC describes itself as a “distributed professional service platform” that aims to leverage blockchain solutions to establish a mutual trust mechanism among its stakeholders (analysts, investors, startups and its distributed community).
The core team members of DRC project come from leading international consulting firms (e.g. EY, Deloitte) as well as famous technology companies (mostly IBM), including experts on blockchain development, big data and algorithms. The goal is the creation of a global multi-party social system that will be transparent, self-disciplined and self-governed thanks to the economic incentives provided by the platform (which is built on Ethereum) in the form of DRC tokens.
DRC figures among the participants on “Day 2” of the Blockchain Festival Vietnam which will take place in Ho Chi Min City on 24-25/05/2018. Selina Lin, Chairman and CEO of DRC, will be speaking about “How to Identify Valuable Projects in the Blockchain Industry”.
Blockchain Festival Vietnam is organized by Huobi.pro and Kyber Network, the festival will host more than 30 speakers and 1600 participants. It is expected to be the most important blockchain event ever held in Vietnam, with slides available in vietnamise and on-site translator.

DRC platform provides a “Due Diligence Tool” to run an in-depth examination of the project’s team, plan, technical specifics and project management. This Tool uses all the information available to the public, including white papers and business plans.
The “KNC Report” starts with an assessment of the white paper and it take into consideration aspects such as “Design philosophy”, “Business value system”, Sales of tokens”, “Governance mechanisms”, “Project implementation roadmap” and more.

The first day of the Blockchain Festival Vietnam is going to be the Day of Technology. In the first part of the morning the speakers will be covering topics related to the global blockchain industry development and the interest of VCs for this new industry. The second part of the day will be dedicated to discuss public chains but also startups and growth for early stage projects. Panel 2 is going to be particularly interesting thanks to the participation of Dr. David Nguyen, president of the “Vietnam Chamber of Commerce” and Jeffrey Wernick, Entrepreneur, Uber, Airbnb and early Bitcoin investor.
The second day is going to be about applications, use cases, mergers with new technologies (AI, IoT), tokenized economy and many projects will be presented.
