The huge mass of water that forms a lake is also a space of recreation and allowed me to enjoy many hours on its surfaces. Whether it was being pulled by a speedboat or floating on its surface, there was much enjoyment to be had around the lake. Local people also hold the lake as a place that must be respected and depending on where one is visiting, it’s important to look after the visiting space and to avoid litter in all manner.
Lakes are more than just a big puddle of water, they serve guests, animals and much more through diverse utility. I couldn’t imagine how different my time would be if the lake suddenly vanished but it would certainly become a void that would be near impossible to fulfil.
