The Public Pre Sale at 5 ETH + went live yesterday. Starting at 66% of Total Tokens sold, the token sale is now currently sitting at 71.7%

I was watching some of the transactions taking place, which you can see for yourself by clicking here. It was interesting to see there were quite a lot of failed transactions taking place. Failed transactions were occurring due to the purchase amount of VIEW tokens being below the 5 ETH minimum benchmark.

Take a look below at the failed transactions, which are with the red circle with an exclamation mark in it.

These transactions could be from people not knowing that the purchase amount was set to a benchmark minimum of 5 ETH, or it could be competitors trying to sabotage the ICO in creating fake transactions below 5 ETH, resulting in failed transactions to slow down the ICO. In all likelihood it is probably a mix of both.
